'Fast Car/Slow Traffic' reunites Paul with Jam bassist Bruce Foxton for the first time on a record since 1983. “It’s a real London tune. It’s a pretty full on. It was really interesting to hear Bruce playing on it. You can instantly tell it’s him.” Says Paul of the track. 'Fast Car/Slow Traffic' / 'Andromeda' will be released on September 13.

The band had imploded by the time of its release, and the album struggled to compete with releases by acts like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones and The Kinks in that landmark year.
